I am so grateful for finding Longevity a few years back! It was divine intervention that allowed this to happen. I have a 21 yr. Old Yorkie that probably would not be thriving today had it not been for meeting Dr. B., Dr. Sathish & Dr. MIKHAIL Grinberg. A few years back, after a less than impressive stint with AMC in Manhattan I was fortunate to find a truly, superbly talented, confident, compassionate team of Drs. that truly listen and are 100% present, level headed w/o arrogance or $ grabbing instincts to care and give me peace of mind in my approach to this very tricky moment of caring for a senior pet. I have tried every modality under the sun, I have had many, many different vets. During her 21 yrs and I finally found a home base that exceeds my dreams of healthcare for my 21+ Yorkie. I thought I had exhausted every option and then I received this gift from the universe. t has been a long journey but my angels and guides have led me here and words are feeble to express my gratitude for having landed here at Longevity. My commutes from Manhattan to Longevity are so worth it as I have never been more comfortable with the veterinarian care I receive here. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Buchoff and the team at this holistic veterinary practice. My dog Winston loves coming here—this photo was taken when we arrived today, which says it all. He was full of excitement and tail wags could not wait for his turn to be called! Winston has had two torn ACLs since December 2024, and the Prolozone Prolotherapy treatments he’s received here have truly helped him heal and stay active. Today, he came in for another Prolotherapy session with laser treatment and a dental cleaning, and the care he received was just as warm, thoughtful, and effective as ever. Dr. Buchoff and Angel have been his main providers and are both exceptional. Winston lights up when he sees them. The vet tech who worked with him today (I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately) was so kind and patient—despite the constant kisses while she was trying to get his heart rate! If you're looking for a vet who takes time, treats your pet holistically, and provides genuine care and compassion, this is the place. Highly recommend!

About 1 year ago I brought my then 15 year old dog Jay to Dr B for a kennel cough vaccine. During our visit Dr. B noticed a mast cell tumor on his anus. Dr B performed a fecal transplant and within 2 - 3 weeks the tumor vanished. Jay is about to turn 16 years old and he wouldn’t have made it without Dr. B!!!

Dr B and staff are great! Have been coming since they were in Little Falls.
